1. Booking and Payment

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of money is required per person at the time of booking to secure your reservation depending on the cost of the tours and the nature of the tours (15% of the total cost). In some cases, this amount may be higher, especially if pre-purchasing flight tickets or other services is necessary.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the tour start date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. All payments must be made in Pounds Sterling and other currencies (possible).

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing /email. Cancellations made in 48 hours (2 days) before the tour start date will receive a full refund, minus the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours (less than 2 days) before the tour start date may incur additional charges.
  • Cancellation by Company: We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another tour.

3. Changes to Booking

  • By Customer: If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may be subject to availability and additional charges.
  • By Company: We may need to make changes to your tour itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

4. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal injury, medical expenses, loss of luggage, and cancellation.

5. Health and Safety

  • Vaccination and Testing: All travellers must comply with our vaccination and testing policy. Please refer to our website for the latest information.
  • Health Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health to participate in the tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

6. Liability

  • Simplysafari.net (run by Simply Safari London Ltd) is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from participation in our tours, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by our negligence.

7. Complaints

  • If you have any complaints during your tour, please inform your tour guide immediately so that we can address the issue. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the tour’s conclusion.

8. Governing Law

  • These booking conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom / England and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom / England.
